Our Asilik II edition is made from the exquisite Memecik olives and offers a grassy and fruity taste.
The process behind creating this EVOO is very meticulous. The olives are handpicked in October and within a few hours of collection, the olives are cold-pressed using a closed-loop system and sealed in stainless steel casks under a nitrogen layer to eliminate oxidation. What makes this edition is its polyphenol, healthy antioxidants found in an EVOO, content. The U.S grocery average is 50 mg/kg whereas this edition is at 609 mg/kg!!
