I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Once order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for items to be shipped out. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. International packages will need more processing time. Please note we are not responsible for lost orders, incorrectly supplied addresses or refused/unclaimed packages.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
We want you to love your shades! If you don’t love them when you receive them simply email us at trader@tradinglooks.com. Request has to be made within 7 days of receipt of item(s) by sending email to Email Us. If exchange is accepted an email with additional instructions will be sent. (full priced items only, must be in original packaging and in like-new condition, sale or discounted items not eligible for returns or exchanges)
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order before it ships.
Damaged Items
Please assess all items once you receive your order. If items are damaged or defective please Email Us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will gladly replace your items
