Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an TL product you bought in the last  30 days in store or from tradinglooks.com you may return it in its original condition with original packaging. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.

  • Custom items are not eligible for returns.

For customers in U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), the product will need to be packaged and shipped via a carrier that will provide insurance and tracking capabilities.

Follow these steps to submit a return:

  • Visit TradingLooks.com and complete our online return request form.
  • Select your return method: UPS Store dropoff (with or without a printed label) OR UPS Pick-Up.
  • Hand the package off to UPS.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed and a refund has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account once the return is processed.

RETURN TO A STORE

Trading Looks accepts the return of your orders purchased on TradingLooks.com. Search for the nearest Trade Store on our Store Locator then bring your product, proof of purchase and original packaging into a store within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll provide you with a complete refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show on your account.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. To check the status of your order please click here:

  

RETURN PROCEEDURE AND PROCESS 

Have your order number and zip code ready and go to Trading Looks Refund & Returns. 


Choose the products you’re returning and print the return slip and shipping label. 


Place the items and return invoice in the original Trading Looks shipping box and affix the return shipping label. Feel free to use your own shipping box if the original is not available, just pad your products well to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. Returned items must arrive in good condition with original tags and case. 


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Once received and approved, please allow 14 days to process your refund—you’ll receive an email confirmation. 

If we sent you a wrong item or it’s damaged, snap a pic and send it to customercare@tradinglooks.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll get right on it. 


We aren’t responsible if your item was sent to the wrong address so, please make nice and check it twice. 


WARRANTY DETAILS 


SUNGLASSES 

Trading Looks sunglasses are sturdy and lasting, but if you discover a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace them within 12 months of purchase. What’s not covered are normal wear and tear scratches, frames that are faded and peeled, or screws loss from mishandling. Sunglass lenses are delicate and highly susceptible to nicks and scratches from everyday use and are not eligible for returns or exchanges—but we do love that you’re enjoying them and being stylish on the daily. 



JEWELRY 

We’ll replace jewelry due to manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered by our warranty and are not eligible for exchanges. 


SALE ITEMS 

All sale, discounted and clearance items are final.
